OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
Angela Williams has managed technology operations at companies such as Dell, Microsoft, and Google. In these roles, she has been responsible for business planning and operations, including cross functional work with Product, Marketing, Strategy, Partnerships, Customer Service, as well as Trust and Safety to manage and oversee technical metrics, product innovation, vendor outsourcing, key strategic partnerships and drive P&L results across the company.
Angela focuses her work on streamlining and scaling operations for effectiveness. An expert negotiator, Angela ensures alignment of company needs against vendor capabilities. Angela has inked deals with giants such as Zynga, Steam, SonicWall, McAfee, Facebook, Rakuten, Accenture, Cognizant, and other major players within the tech industry.

An early entrepreneur, Angela Williams has advised start ups across a number of industries; including tech, retail, and beauty. Angela is passionate about startups and is on a mission to help entrepreneurs build and grow their businesses.
She primarily works with start ups and small businesses to leverage improved strategic operations (including start up operations, growth strategies, supply chain management and vendor management) to drive improved customer experience, reduce operational costs, and increase margins. Angela has also worked with businesses seeking to scale operations across borders to understand new customer markets, develop strategic partnerships, and navigate local regulations.
Angela currently serves as a Board Director for GEEX (Games & E-Sports Acquisition Corp.) and SOOFA Ranch (501c 3). She also serves as Executive Strategy Advisor to Chloe Kristyn.

Angela Williams has worked cross-functionally with teams at Google and Meta to develop product policy for products such as Google Ads, Meta's Oculus, Horizon Worlds, Google Assistant, and other well known consumer products. She has a particular passion for developing policies to protect user privacy, promote diversity within machine learning datasets and content moderation, as well as protecting users from misinformation on the internet.
Angela believes that in order to truly develop a global product, diversity needs to be a key part in developing policies that work to reduce user harm; particularly to marginalized communities.
On a personal note, Angela is committed to educating the masses about how to use tech innovations in a way that increases awareness about important issues and ensuring that, as technology advances, products reflect and respect the colorful diversity of society.
