As an operations professional and social justice advocate, I believe diversity should be  built into the DNA of every business. Not only is this the ethically responsible way to operate, but it has been proven over and over that diverse supply chains and businesses yield better revenues. 

 

I am encouraged by the outpour of support I am seeing globally for civil rights and want to provide resources for ongoing support of diverse businesses.
